Well you are going at the busiest time of year. The park will be cramped full LOL so first tip. Use the fast past. Second tip get there right when the gate opens. Second be patient. Third have fun.

My tip is not to stay obbsessed with VMK. Disney is supposed to bring a magical experience for everyone, don't waste your time there playing some quests for an online game.

As milkabum said, don't worry about messing with quests in the parks. Just go and enjoy yourself. There is more than enough to see without taking the extra time to do the quests. If you still want to do the quests, than bring the guides from here so they won't take as long to complete. There are the regular basic quests for each of the lands, the Thrill Seeker quest and the High School Musical quest. We were assured today there would be another new quest coming very soon, but the actual release date was not yet known.

Yes, you are going the most crowded week of the year. If possible, don't even go into a park on the 31st. If you do, fine a place in the park you are happy with for six hours or more because with all the crowds, you will most likely only be able to stay in that one place for the whole time. DH and his friend used to go every New Years' Eve. Then they got smart Hope you and your family have a great time.
