Wonky website gave me wrong date - cancellation policy?

I made a bunch of reservations today, but most had to be done on the phone because I could only secure two of them online after trying for hours. I just realized that one of them gave me tomorrow's date instead of six months from now. I had a CP breakfast scheduled for May 14th, and I just now cancelled it. It's 10:20 PM Central/11:20 Eastern. Am I going to get charged a cancellation fee for this? I know I picked the right date in the beginning. I didn't notice it had changed it on me until too late.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I realized at 3:40 pm that I had a reservation at 4 pm! I called to cancel and the lady was able to wave the cancellation fee.

Oh, good! I was hoping they'd be forgiving with the insane way the system was acting. I STILL can't do anything online. It acts like it will let me, but it won't.

I'd call in and explain the situation. I can't imagine them charging you for an error on their end.
