We were there a week ago.
I don't remember a rock wall, maybe we missed that? There is a rope course where you are put in a harness and travel around a small course. It's $5 extra, and it takes about 15 minutes as long as there's not someone really slow in front of you

The 4d movie is pretty short, maybe 10 minutes or so. The rest of Wonderworks depends on if you take the time to do everything. Most things that I thought were interesting seemed to bore my 13 year old. The build your own roller coaster was ok, but we've done the one at DisneyQuest several times before, and DQ is a lot better, so we weren't too impressed with the Wonder Works one. There was also a wait for that.
There is lazer tag for an additional fee too, but we didn't do that so I can't tell you how good it is. In total, we probably took about 2.5 hours to get through it.
The best part of our day was the Outta Control dinner show. Tony Brent was really awesome! The magic was fun, the comedy was really great. We had great people at our table... everyone was having a wonderful time!
We got our combo tickets for $34 each, so it was well worth it. Had we paid the at the door price of $25 for Wonderworks, and $25 for the dinner show, I think I would have been a bit disappointed with Wonderworks. But for the price of both of them, I was really satisfied with it.
My daughter said Wonderworks was fun, but she wouldn't want to do it again... but she wants to go back to see the Outta Control show again.
