Wonderland Tea Party

Has anyone with small children done this? How was it? thanks.

My son did this last September and LOVED it. It was the highlight of his trip. They got to make cupcakes and eat yummy food and they got to play games with Alice and the Mad Hatter. If you click the link in my signature and look at the pictures from our Sept. 2006 trip, you will find a few pictures from the event. They let you go in with your child, snap a few pictures, and then they kick you out. I spent the time shopping and exploring the GF. It was great for both of us!

My DD did it in 2005, she was almost 5 and loved it. I think its about an hour, they had storytime with Alice and the MadHatter, the tea party and had a special item for their mommy. I left a disposable camera and the CM's took a couple of pics, they all have one done with Alice and the MadHatter that was included in the price.

Parents are not allowed, I just went and had tea in the cafe. It is a cute party and I recommend it if your comfortable with leaving your kids.

Thanks for the posts! Appreciate the insight. I was asking because ALL...and I mean every single spot is taken for EVERY Pirate Adventure between 11/24-12/1 (and there are 4 different ones) yet there were spots open for all of the Tea Party days.

My DD did this when she was 4, 5, and then 6. She LOVES it!!! Next year, I'm going to talk her into trying the Pirate Cruise instead. Just for something different.

I hear you...with boy/girl twins, you gotta keep both happy so we're doing the Tea Party in November and then the Pirate thing in January. So far, have both the one at GF and POR booked...will cancel one of them...just not sure which one yet.

My dd's did both the pirate cruise and the tea party and the tea party was their favorite hands down. They were 4 and 6 and even had their cousins on the pirate cruise with them but not at the tea party. The love it - and made some friends we saw a few times during the rest of the trip.

FWIW my oldest is now 12 and still has the picture of her with Alice and the Mad Hatter on the coark board in her room!
