Great Resort Rates

During some of the Wonderful Weeks of Disney, rates for great Disney Resorts are among the lowest of the year. The rates may be more affordable, and the selection of rooms may be wider as well. Availability during weekdays is usually even better than on weekends. It's still not too late to get a magical Resort room at a magical price!

Ah ha!!! I just looked at it. We aren't there for that whole week but we check-in during. As per Disney "rules" we get the reduced rate for the duration of our stay.

Maybe this will help those who haven't been able to book this.

Yikes.. mine is coming up $41xx.. I got it for $29xx from TA.

Well I just went through the booking engine associated with that promo and I did not get the same price as I did the other day when I called and booked using the code. In fact I got a price that was almost $500 more than I'm paying with the code for 3 nights at Animal Kingdom in Oct.

I just tried pricing a room-only ressie on the Wonderful Weeks of Disney promo page for dates during both the summer & fall . It quotes a Value at $79 and a Mod at $139. Aren't these 2006 prices? Just when I thought I couldn't be anymore confused ...

Once again this looks to be advertising this wonderful time to come making people think it's some special when it isn't. Doesnt hurt though that because of the code we are all expecting something to happen in these weeks. It still could be that calling can get you something extra in these weeks but this is just advertising. aren't all the weeks in value/regular season....so it just is cheaper than peak/summer/holiday. Kind of like when they advertise 6nights/7days for as low as 1600 and people think that is some kind of deal when that is just the cheapest time for rack rates. Just looked they do have 2 weeks in peak.

I just got off the phone with CRO and asked if there were any discounts associated with Wonderful Weeks of Disney. She said no, they just want to let the public know that it's usually less crowded in the parks during those weeks and it would be a good time to visit. I asked about the 40% off that I've been reading about and she said that's only for people who receive the pin codes. She looked to see if anyone in my household had a pin associated with their name and we are out of luck.

It is coming up regular rate for me too for the weeks I called and asked for quotes for. I don't give them a code, I ask for the WWOD promotion and each time they have given me 40% off the room rate. This has been for the December weeks though.

I just did the same thing.. I followed the link to see what it would come to for one of my trips.. and it is coming up regular price.. no wonderful weeks there.. yet the week I did was actually the week they have in there too!!!
