Wonderful time to sell some DVC contracts.

This is a wonderful time to sell some small stripped contracts! Why?

Because the extension only affects OKW so far. (No need to compete with 50 year contracts at $96 and no closing costs.)

Because stripped small contracts still command a premium. Small contracts sell well and at a good price in spite of the wait for points.

Because member fees will be saved between the time of the sale and the purchase of HI DVC, GCV, or CRV. (If that is why you are selling.)

Because developer's points seem to come with almost any new purchase.

Because member fees are high at Vero Beach and Hilton Head and will probably rise farther and faster because of their locations.

Small contracts will always sell better then large contracts.

Good thing there are still some people out there who don't care (or know) about that sort of thing. I'll take mine loaded thanks...

Nope, not selling! All of my small contracts have points locked up in future travel. Besides, none of the proposed resorts appeal to me as a purchase.
As a member, I'd rather add on with disney, getting all the points! Maybe could use some more BCV.

As more people who buy from Disney, and do not pay closing costs insist on smaller and smaller contracts, ( I saw one buyer buy twenty twenty-five point contracts!) small contracts that require closing costs on resale may actually sell for less some day!
