Stayed at the Pop Century for 1 week in early February and had a great trip. we did 4 days at WDW, 2 at Seaworld, and 1 at the beach (visited a friend in Tampa). It was a glorious trip. Beautiful weather, no rain, no long wait for buses. The food at Everything Pop got a little tired but other tha that we really enjoyed it. The toilet is loud, but didn't bother us. The only time we heard our neighbors is when they left or entered their rooms and let the door slam. My DS (8) made dozens of friends at the pool and in the parks. EMH was always too crowded. 4yrs ago it wasn't like that when you had to pay $10 to remain in the park after closing. This time weren't able to ride much due to the long waits. Philharmagic was good. I liked Stitch also.
We experienced Disney magic several times: doing the wave before Fantasmic (which was awesome); another family letting us ride in front of the monorail, because they had done it before; and an older gentleman letting my son stand in front of him to see Illuminations. People were sooo nice!
Odyssea was very good, DH loved the Atlantis ride. Dinner w/Shamu was the greatest experience of our entire trip. Be careful, some people were splashed more at the dinner than they were at the show.
At the underwater viewing area at Shamu stadium the cutest little girl was getting the whales to respond to her as well as they do to their trainers. When she nodded her head, they would nod, and when she danced (shaking her behind), they would imitate her behavior. That was priceless. Those are truly magnificent animals. I was disappointed that the doplin show was closed for rehab.
If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them. Thanks to everyone who gave me such good advice on these boards. Now I have to start planning my next trip, since I didn't make it back to USF and IOA this time.
