Hello, Just wanted to stop by and Introduce ourselves. My wife Kristen and I (Nathan) are on this cruise. We are cruising in Cabin 6581, We are experienced Cruisers (including Multiple Disney Cruises) and cruising is one of favorite ways to vacation!! . We are joining my parents who are on this cruise as well. We look forward to cruising with you all, and are really looking forward to taking part in the FE activities!! Hello everyone, Seems like we are late comers to this party. We just booked ado not have a cabin number as of now. We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. This will be our 15th Disney cruise our third panama canal cruise. My husband and I will be joined by 4 other friends in two other cabins. I do not think they will participate in the activities but we will. My husband is retired and I have fun as a Cast Member at Downtown Disney Walt Disney World. We are looking forward to meeting everyone.

On our last Disney Cruise out of Fl., we actually ran into a work colleague at the sail away party! We had no idea they were sailing with us! It's a small world!

There is a pirate night ; and yes, we have costumes. Got them ready for MNSSHP last year. Actually, mine is a costume, hubby's is a t-shirt with Pirate Mickey on it. That's about as far as he'll take it!

Happy Memorial day too all we had ours on may 4th and on the 5th we had our liberation day

On Memorial Day we remember and honor those who gave their life in service to our Country. Is the the same reason for Liberation Day? Do you have a Liberation Day and Veterans or Memorial Day as well?

I'm curious if our other international shipmates have a Memorial Day, Liberation Day or Veterans Day of some sort? If so, is it because of a specific war or military action or one that encompasses all those who died in service to your country regardless of year? For the Europeans, that might go back a heck of a lot more years than in the US! Again, just curious and trying to expand the knowledge base! Thanks!

Welcome to all the newbies!!!! This is going to be a great group! Today was my last day of school. Said good bye yesterday to my sweet kiddos. Checked out today. I always savor my summer break. This summer, it can't pass fast enough. We are counting down to September here at the Gilchrest house!

You all must be so young! For us old(er) folks, September seems like tomorrow! I've already got a suitcase out in a guest room where things specific just for the cruise are getting put so that I won't forget them! I want the summer to be long and leisurely! We only have like a veterans day that`s on the saterday closets too june 29th

We have a GTY cabin and probably will not know its # until the last minute and picked second seating. I do not use facebook and look to the disboards for info. Nancy & I are veteran cruisers.
