It does not matter to me. However, at the Poly there is access to the Tambu Lounge for Coke or Ice Tea or something stronger if desired. Is there refreshment availability, if wanted, at the BC location?

Last year there was a meet at the Poly in May or June. Does anyone recall if there were problems with a lot of people?

I am so excited to meet everyone! I think the proximity to the lounge at the Poly is a good point. I'm fine with either location though!

I have no concerns with where we meet just need to know where and how to get there on wdw transportation lol...

no, the boat from DTD goes to OKW and SSR.
(you're probably thinking about the boat that goes from the international gateway of epcot to BC)

I guess you would have to take a bus to one of the parks (or DTD) and then a bus from there to BC - not that easy.

In fact, several people have mentioned transportation as a reason to stick with the poly.
(bus to MK then monorail to poly)

The only easy way for everyone to get to the BC from anywhere on property(who doesn't have a car) and not use a park ticket is to take a bus to Hollywood Studios and then take the boat that is located just to the side of the entrance of HS that will bring you to the BC. If you are at a park just get on the BC bus...

of those who voted - and there were a few who didn't (so i assume they don't care), there were 5 in favor of the BC and 6 in favor of the poly....
and 3 who said they didn't care either way...

there were two main reasons given for choosing the poly - easier to get to if using disney transportation and the proximity of the tambu lounge....

so i hope this is ok with everyone....we'll meet on Saturday August 27th at 3:00 PM at the Poly - upstairs near the tambu lounge...
