Wonderful CM Emerson Rose & canceling a BOG

Hello,

First I wanted to share how great CM Emerson Rose from the call center is. She essentially did all of the thinking for me about my trip. My mind is especially boggled, and even more so yesterday. Our trip begins 67 days from yesterday, & we still hadn't provided our flight information or purchased Memory Maker. She reminded me of both of those and looked up how to purchase Memory Maker at the military rate. She was just so great. It was nice to have someone thinking clearly for me since I wasn't really able to.

Next, I wanted to let my Dis people know first that I'm cancelling a BOG ressie for 2.
