I am booked on the Wonder 12/4/05. The room is a cat 9 and is 2602. Any knowledge of this room on deck 2?

Me too! We have 2602 and 2604 on the Magic Oct. 14, 2006.

We had rooms 2602/2604 (connecting) on our April 30 Eastern cruise. We loved the location of the rooms and really had no issues with noise. We wanted to book these rooms again for our May 6, 2006 cruise but they are already taken. We instead have rooms 2646/2648 and they are very far aft!

I think you will enjoy that cabin as much as we did! :sunny:

We had this room on the Magic for the 14 day cruise. Right below the kitchen. I never noticed much noise, but Lee is a lighter sleeper and she mentioned thunder, rumblings, ect. Late at night and early in the morning.

We heard it too! It sounded like a bowling ball rolling acroos the floor to me. We wondered what it could be but it was a rolling sound. It was a little annoying the first time we heard it, more because we just wanted to know what it was! It didn't bother the kids at all or keep any of us awake.

Luceeyore, we just returned from our 1st DCL Cruise on the Wonder 8-21-05. We had rooms 2602 & 2604. They are connecting rooms, and we loved them, we had no issues with noise. They are close to the aft elevators, which take you to Deck 9 where the Beach Blanket Buffet is and the soda bar for free drinks. Our boys are 15, 13 & 8 and we decided on the 2 rooms instead of 1 Family stateroom and are we glad we did. 2 showers and 2 bathrooms made things so much easier and it was actually cheaper.

We were in 2608 on the Magic last month and the very first night that's exactly what I heard. I was thinking, what is that rolling noise, so late at night. I only noticed it the first night and never again. Having said that, we overall really liked the room and location and therefore requested it again for our next cruise!
