Just can't believe that my cruise is in less than 3 weeks now after about a year of waiting for it! So excited!

We had JoAnne as one of the hosts on our Wonder cruise last October. Rodrigo was our primary host but JoAnne helped us a couple of times too and she was great.

Cruise was very good. We were on the Port side in the Walt Suite and had Joanne, she was ok. Have you sailed on a Dream class ship in Concierge with a Concierge lounge? If so it is different on the Wonder as there is no lounge and we missed it. We found that we had far less interaction with the Concierge than on the dream class ships with the lounge. You get free coffee from the Cove/Outlook Cafe which we took full advantage of and have a "Happy Hour" in Outlook Before each dining time. The Concierge will leave you a treat once a day and can have soda, water delivered daily. You just call Guest Services on the phone in the room and it gets forwarded directly to your Concierge. Also don't forget you can order in breakfast and dinner from the main dining rooms in all Concierge rooms on the Wonder and can order in from Palo if you are in a Royal. We really liked having Palo in the room and not having to get dressed up. We will be back on the Wonder after Dry Dock to check out the lounge and other changes. I believe I'll be on the other side so might be getting Glen. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your trip. This will be my 2nd time in concierge on the Wonder and the last time I had Rodrigo who was great in my opinion so hoping Glen will be nice and fun to work with as well. I believe that there have been some improvements to what you get such as the coffee in the Cove plus nightly happy hours as we didn't get that on our previous cruise.

We will be in a 1 bedroom so no Palo in-room service but maybe breakfast one morning could be fun. Do you find the food still hot or at least warm when you get room service? In my 8 cruises, we've never ordered room service so this would be a first for me.

Food is not as hot as if you were in a dining room but it is warm.
