Is there any way to get a photo with Captain Mickey when embarking on the Wonder in San Diego? Are there photographers available to take that photo? Hoping to get one in 12 days!

We just got off the Wonder this week. During embarkation they moved groups through the atrium quickly with no chance for photos. We didn’t ask for a photo but it was a quick announcement of “Welcome to the Johnson Family!” and then crew members whisking us through the atrium to our muster location.

I the past, various characters, sometimes including captain Mickey, have shown up in the cruise terminal before boarding. Has this still been a thing? With the company moving away from distanced meet and greets in other areas, maybe this will also be an option?

Yes, I am hoping there are characters in the terminal! I can't seem to find a date that those meets are coming back.
