Hello! I know we are all pretty new at this -- and unless the next couple of weeks pick up considerably, it looks like we will remain a fairly small group. Sooooooo.......I was thinking, do you think we could consider including some info on 'favorites' on the kids, such as color, movie, character -- just simple stuff that will help us with our gifts and perhaps give the kids that 'hey, how did they know I love _______' feeling? I know this wouldn't be possible/practical with a really big group, but I thought it might be fun -- thoughts?

I think that would be fun! How many kids are on here so far?? Some info on mine:

Sophia is 3 years old. Loves anything Monsters Inc., any character Band-Aids, Play-Doh, stickers, of course candy!

Benjamin will be 6 months old! He loves milk! Ha ha!

Wow....February is knocking at our door! Here is a bit of info on my nieces (although they will be thrilled with whatever folks do!).....

Sarah.....she will turn 9 the weekend before we cruise (we are having a 'birthday night' on the cruise!) She loves pink, Minnie Mouse is her favorite character, Sleeping Beauty is her favorite movie and Aurora is her favorite princess. She loves peace signs and Paris!

Rachel.....she is 7, loves purple. Daisy Duck is her favorite character, The Little Mermaid is her favorite movie and Ariel is her favorite princess. She loves monkeys!

Great idea to share interests/favorites especially since it's a fairly small group. My kids will be so appreciative of anything and will be so surprised!

Finley - (4yo) loves superheroes, letters (alphabet/spelling), favorite color: blue, enjoys reading.

I haven't seen an 'official' response on this, but just wanted to put out there that my FE and gifts are still 'a work in progress' and I would be fine with adding one more cabin to the group if it is ok with everyone else!

Totally STRESSED cruiser here.....Grandma is in the hospital and it is VERY unlikely she will be well enough to travel/cruise......guess who didn't buy insurance??!!

Hi All,

We'll be spending spring break on a Disney ship again. Thought briefly about a ski trip then decided we've had enough cold (and we're in Austin so we really don't have anything compared to other parts of the country). So for the fifth year in a row we're back, though we've never sailed out of Miami.

We are a family of 3 - my wife and I and our 15 year old daughter. We're on deck 5 (our favorite) and are counting down the days until we are back onboard.

So far the only excursion we've booked is the Atlantis Dolphin swim. We did Blue Lagoon dolphins when our daughter was very young and it was awesome. She wants to do dolphins again so we decided to check out Atlantis at the same time.

We look forward to meeting everyone. I hope there will be some kids my daughter's age!
