Wonder 10/18/15 West Coast Baja Mexico!

Am I the only one getting an error when I pull up the FE list?
No. It's probably related to the current avatar/image issues the DISboards is experiencing. Been going on for about week, but "they're working on it".

Avatars and photos/images have been coming and going.

Since you say this is the "Oswald" group. Is there more than one group? (secret pixie duster here :teeth:)

Well now that you mention it...

I called the first FE group the Oswald group and cut it off at one month before the cruise. However past experience has told me that now is the time when folks come clamoring to the DIS looking to join a FE. So my intention is to form a second group and call this the White Rabbit group.

Is it to late to get in on the fish extender

We are hoping to get into the FE group as well- can someone help us?

I will start a second group and you two can be the first participants. Experience tells me that we will have a few more join. I'll cut this one off a week before the cruise or when it reaches 10. Just post the names of you family mebers, ages of kids stateroom #, favorite color and character for each person, and any allergies or special celebrations. I'll update the list as folks join.

OK, thanks. One thing, how do we find out the TBA room number? Is there a meet up on embarkation day?

Do they not give you the stateroom # until you board? What about your luggage tags? How does that work? A meet has not been discussed here. Another option that has been done on other cruises was the FE coordinator had a white board on the stateroom door to indicate changes like folks who upgrade at the port.

We have a room number, but there's one room on the current list that has TBA. The room could be assigned at any time, including not until actual check in at the port. Generally, everyone has a room number by about 10 days out, but not always. White board at coordinator's door works.

@KrisTush I need your favorite colors and characters[/QUOTE

Kris- purple and Minnie
Geoff - Blue and Jack Skellington (Nightmare before Christmas.
Cole- green and Goofy
JT-Blue and Jack Skellington (nightmare before for Christmas. )

Is there a minimum or max money wise?

It all up to the individual. I have received gifts in the past that have obviously cost quite a bit and others that were only a couple dollars if that. It just whatever you come 7p with. The more creative the more fun!

Do you buy gifts for everybody in the room?

It's up to each person in the FE group as to what to do. Some give one gift for the whole stateroom, some give individual gifts for each person, some do a combination a gift for the adults, and something for each of the kids. It's really too bad that Disney changed their alcohol policy because those little airplane sized bottles of liquor made fun gifts for the adults!

We are excited for the white rabbit group, and thanks for the tip about the alcohol bottles, that was one of our plans. Our family is:
Kyle- age 6 boy, favorite color blue, favorite character Mickey and Donald Duck
Kolby- age 8 girl, favorite color blue or pink, favorite character Ariel and Minnie Mouse
Kris- Dad, favorite color blue, favorite Goofy
Kelly- Mom, favorite color pink, favorite character Rapunzel
Our stateroom number is 2016.
Thank you so much!

Is everyone dressing up for pirate night and Halloween?
