Have never eaten there and was wondering what exactly are the surcharges they are mentioned in the pamplet for the dining experiences on the dining plan? Is this a good place to have lunch? I am driving myself nuts trying to figure out this eating thing! Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure of the surcharges but we had an excellent CS meal at Wolfgang Puck's express in DTD, It was easily our best CS meal at Disney. I haven't eaten at any other of Wolfgangs places but I know that was excellent.
