Wolfgang Puck's Restaurants

I am trying to plan our dining for our trip in November. Please tell me the difference in the Wolfgang Puck Restaurants in Downtown Disney.

There's the Grand Cafe (Upstairs) and the Wolfgang Puck Express (Downstairs). Downstairs is counter service, upstairs is Full Service Lunch/Dinner/Sushi Bar. Both have gotten generally great reviews. The upstairs can get a bit noisy, in part because it's on top of a busy cafe.
