Trying to choose between the two. We're 2 adults with 12 and 9 yr old kids. Me, hubby and 12 yr old dd love fish including sushi, 9 yr old dd is a picky eater. We def. want to go to DTD, and might be able to fit that in during our last day, depending on our flight time, but we've only ever been to the Boardwalk during the day. I know there are some street performers at night. I've read good things about both restaurants, but does one edge out the other in your opinion? Does one have better kid food than the other?

Well, I have read that WPC were no longer operating at WDW... I might be wrong but I'm quite sure about it.

I just made an ADR for WPC and to my understanding it is still under the DDP. It is no longer under the DDE.

Unless it closed within the last couple weeks, WPC is alive and thriving at DTD.

I have never eaten at Spoodles, but WPC is a once or twice a month favorite for Holly and I.

I always get the sushi. They have a nice selection and the sushi specials are pretty creative.

Edit: It is definitely under the Dining Plan. I have notticed a pretty significant increase in diners since the dining plan. And when it was "free" (and when it will be again), it is really difficult to get a table during dinner time.

We really enjoyed WPC & will return even though it is no longer accepting DDE.

DS8 liked the kids Cali Roll but... it was small (and the crab was mixed with mayo which we are not used to). Would have done better to order him sushi al a carte.

For your picky eater, IIRC, the kids menu covers the basics plus you could always fall back on an appetizer pizza.

I have to give a shout out for Spoodles! This is my families FAVORITE! We have a very pivky eater adn she was able to eat there and thr rest of us had plenty of choices! It is absolulty wonderful! I can not wait to go back in Aug!!!!!

I decided to try Spoodles since we'll be at MGM that day...Thanks everyone!
