Wolfgang Puck Express Pizza

Is their pizza good? My son is very picky and asking me if it is regular sauce or chunky sauce and also if they have white pizza... Any info is appreciated!

I have only had the BBQ chicken pizza but it is NOT normal pizza. It's brick oven fired so the crust is fairly thin with a slight smokey taste. If he's a Pizza Hut/Dominos type lover, he probably won't like it.
Others hopefully will comment on the margarita style as that's the closest to regular pizza usually.

Personally think they have the best pizza at Disney. Certainly much better than the mass-produced stuff at the parks.

There isn't a traditional white pizza on the menu. I've had the margherita pizza which has the chunks of plum tomatoes, and I've had the four cheese pizza which has sundried tomatoes. So both are chunky kind of sauces. The pizza here is akin to that of Via Napoli, rather than the kind you'd get at Pizza Hut or a Disney QS location.

Their pizza is delicious! We just had the Pepperoni Pomodoro and loved it. It is in between a thin crust/artisan style and traditional "American" style, not full-on traditional "American" pizza like Domino's or Pizza Hut. To be honest, I liked it more than Via Napoli's pizza. Via Napoli was fine, but the terrible ambiance took a lot away from the food I think.

The only pizza at Wolfgang Puck Express that has a white sauce is the Roasted Mushroom pizza which lists goat cheese, arugula, and garlic cream sauce as ingredients. They do list their menu online so you can check out the options.
