The WP Express is a Counter Service on the Dining Plan. We ate at one of them in Downtown Disney. It was wonderful food!! Could not believe it was a CS credit.

What about breakfast? Are all items listed (no matter price) available for counter serve on the dining plan or do they have to be under a certain amount?

You can get anything you want and at breakfast they don't have a kids mmenu so my 3 yr old grandson got their huge waffle with fresh fruit and whipped cream on it, yummmm. There omelets are great also! Loved wgpe!
