Woken up to a blizzard

It's our dd party today(her birthday will be on wed)as well and i'm thinking the same thing.Lets hope yours+mine show up.Ours is in one of them indoor play centre's.
The snow has been going since about 6-30am and is showing no signs of stopping.x.

We had a great day - went out in the snow for ages as it was still coming down and settling quite thick in the morning - the sledge that we bought 3 years finally got used! We back onto a lovely park and playing fields so much fun was had and everybody that was due to come around turned up.
I am now sitting relaxing with a San Miguel

Sounds like you had lots of fun glad it went well .
Our dd party was great(apart from a little 2.5yr old whacking my dd6 in the face-nice child ),we had 17 children turn up(only 3 never turnt up)it was in one of those indoor play areas-so no damage to our house,but £170 damage to our pocket .x.

We had some decent snow. About 3-4 inches. Enough for a good snowman and several snow ball fights lol.

I had to get to Theale for a fishing competition this morning and 2 of the three ways I tried there blocked by accidents.
The journey I normally do in half an hour took me 2 and a half hours and one very near miss.

At the fishery if you fished one side of the lake it was like standing in a blizzard and on the other a lovely spring day, you can guess which side I was stuck on. I'm not complaining though as that was the side the fish were on.
