Well, there was that one time DH was giving me the eye, and I suddenly developed a "killer headache" because I was in the middle of an awesome debate thread. Kinda felt bad as he slinked away.

Well yeah. That budget board's full of awesome buys! Did you get in on the $3.99 Disney logo tee's?

4. Do you turn to lower companions and an inferior environment when DISing?

I've only forgotten to pick up DS from school once. But he was safe and warm in the principal's office when he called me. And I almost immediately logged off and went to get him.

Depends on which ambition you're referring to. Ambition to figure out the secret project--extremely high. Ambition to be dressed before noon--ehhh.

7. Does DISing cause you to have difficulty in sleeping?
Sure. I bought a great new computer desk chair, and it rocks and swivels, but it's kinda hard to sleep here.

8. Do you DIS alone?
Of course not. I DIS with thousands of friends.

9. Do you have more DIS friends than real life friends?
Real life friends???

10. Have you ever been to a hospital or institution on account of DISing?
No, but if you know of one that specializes in DISing, let me know. I'm sure that place would be a hoot. What a great place for a DIS meet!

Ok y'all. I've been in bed sick all day. DH and DS went to mass about 10 minutes ago, and what do I do? Sneak out of bed to check the boards. I figure I have about 45 minutes then I have to cover my tracks and get back in bed. I feel like Ferris Bueller.

scraptoons...I wish I'd have known...we had an extra steak last night...cooked to your liking...would have had 2 extras, but DS is a growing boy and he ate the smaller of the extras that were left. I know it's a good meal when he comes up and gives me a hug after he's done. (I'll take those hugs when I can get them these days.)

Well, the original shameless, pointless thread got poofed when an interloper started making trouble and some questionable posts. And when I say interloper, I don't mean that it was an exclusive clique and others weren't welcome, but this person was just looking for trouble and didn't jive with the mood of the thread. Most of the original shameless, pointless people are now on the cheeky chics thread.
The shameless pointless thread that's still out there somewhere is an "inspired by" thread...don't know much about that one.

This one can be WockaWockaMu and our mascot can be Miss Piggy. No particular reason why. I just love to say wocka wocka. And Miss Piggy seems like she could use a few 12 step programs herself! I nominate scraptoons as sorority president.
