WOC last minute decision help! eek!

We are at California adventure. My son just told me he wanted to see world of color, and I know the fast passes will most likely be all out. Does anybody have any tips as to how to see it without having to wait 2 to 3 hours to do so? Thank you very much!

I highly doubt that fast passes are out at 8:45am for World of Color. Why not just walk over to the fast pass machines near Grizzly River Run and check? Or I think the Disneyland App will also tell you if FPs are out or not?

There are 2 shows tonight, I'm sure they still have FastPasses left. I've never seen fastpasses out until much later in the afternoon unless it's a super busy day or something special is going on.

see if you could book a WOC dinner package. you get dinner, plus a fast pass for the show. we did AG and paid around 60 dollars a person, and then tip on top of that. food was great! or try one of the other places that offer the WOC dinner package. we had a great view doing this! we ended up right on the railing, and even though it says "wet zone" it was just the mist that gets you. we didn't leave wet at all.

Last week you didn't even need FPs for the 10:15 on week nights and they were still available late in the day.
