Hi! I can get a WLV studio for about $20 per night less than a woods view with 2 queen beds- 2 adults, one 15 year old and one 9 year old. Which one would work better for us? I have never seen either one, but stayed in a one bedroom at WLV and loved it. What would you do?

The studio is very similar to the regular room. The studio will have a kitchenette directly opposite the sink vanity. You'll have a fridge (same size as the regular room), microwave, toaster, coffee pot, sink, paper/plastic utensils and plates. Instead of two queen beds you will have a queen bed and a pull-out sofa.

If your kids don't mind the pull-out bed (what kids do?), I would go with the studio. It is $20 less (per night or total?), you get the kitchenette (personally, I could see the toaster and paper dishes helpful), and you will have more room to move around (plus a place to sit) during the day.

Have a great trip!

The sleeper sofa is only double sized. So one of your beds will be smaller. The refrigerator in the studio is larger than the one in the moderate and deluxe resorts. Those are the cube sized one with no freezer section. The one in the studios is an undercounter sized one with a small freezer section.

The studio is really nothing like the one bedroom at all. No jacuzzi tub. No washer and dryer. No full sized galley kitchen. No king bed. About half the space of the one bedroom. We think a studio with four would be crowded.

Thanks for the opinions. I'll probably just keep what I have if it isn't any bigger. We've never stayed in the Lodge itself, and going to WL for the atmosphere really. It would be one adult and the 9 year old on the sleeper sofa, and that might get a little crowded since she's a kicker!
