WL - Where should I request for courtyard view?

What area/floor should I request for a decent courtyard view. I would rather not have a view of the villas/quiet pool. I understand that is now considered a courtyard view.

Is there a floorplan or map available that could help me? I've never made a room request before, but thought since we were springing for courtyard view I thought it might be worth the extra effort.

Do you make the request when you make the reservation? I did read that they no longer want fax requests.

Sorry I have so many questions. Thanks for your help! You guys are the best source for info anywhere.
