WL to MK

Thinking of trying the WL for the 1st time. I read that there were 3 bus stops, but MK wasn't mentioned. They did mention that there was a boat to MK. Can you get to MK by bus or only by boat?

The boat takes you directly to MK.

There is a bus which takes you to the TCC. You then can take the monorail or the huge ferry boat to MK.

Just to clarify... There is only one bus stop, but there are three sections to it. Each section has two separate buses...

1 - Transportation/Ticket Center
Fort Wilderness
2 - Animal Kingdom/Blizzard Beach
Epcot
3 - Downtown Disney/Typhoon Lagoon
Disney-MGM Studios


To get to the Magic Kingdom, you can either take the Cruiser (boat), or you can go to the TTC and catch the monorail. Also, you can go to the TTC and catch the Epcot monorail.

How would you get to EPCOT? Would it be quicker to drive?

I stayed at WL a coule of years ago. There is no DIRECT bus from WL to MK. There is a direct boat, which others have found very convenient. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't get my wheelchair onto the boat due to water levels at the MK dock, so I had to take the bus to TTC, then the monorail. Having to change transportation on the way to MK was a pain.

There is a direct bus, which is very convenient. Much faster than going to TTC for the monorail. I never drive at WDW, but I would guess that by the time you have gotten your car out of the WL parking lot & driven over to Epcot and parked again, you wouldn't have saved many minutes.
