Is there an additional fee to use the Health Club / Spa at Wilderness Lodge??

I checked the WL thread and didn't find the answer to this question there. Anybody out there ???

I am almost positive that it is free for onsite guests, at least it was when I was there in Dec. It is called Sturdy Branches and is in the Villas building.

Yes...it is FREEEEE! All the health clubs are free if you are staying at the resort. This is a (relatively) new development as we used to have to pay...i "think" it was $10 a day, or you could choose to pay $25 for length of stay.

But that doesn't matter anymore...cuz now it is FREEEE!

I love working out on vacation...makes me feel a TEENSY bit better about myself when I am gorging myself at the all you can eat buffets!!!

There is a dry sauna in the back...they play good music there (just rock...they were playing a David Bowie CD last time we were there.) I mainly just do cardio when I am on vacation...I do not want to spend TOO much time at the gym. I try to do 45 min of cardio MOST of the days I am on vacation!

The spa is located in the Villas (the DVC club) and is a nice stroll through the lobby, past the cub's den and the arcade, and through the lobby of the VWL. Ahhh, I am reliving that stroll right now....
