WL Refurb?

I was looking on the WL page and saw that a refurb is slated beginning in April. How much of an impact will this make to a late July early August vacation? We are thinking of switching to WL (club level) but don't want to be in the midst of a lot of construction.

Is this is soft goods refurb or something more major?
