WL from Polynesian transportation?

Is there transportation from the Poly to WL? We have an ADR at Kona but it is on a night MK closes early so we cant go back there to catch transportation back to WL. I guess we could go from the poly to epcot then back to WL. Just thought I would check though. Thanks!

Can you monorail to CR and then take the boat or walk to TTC and bus it? I don't know if it's possible, but it's what came to mind.

Ride the monorail to the Contemporary resort and take a boat to the WL. I'm not sure the time the boats form the CR to WL stop running at night. Be sure to check before you do this.

If it is on a night that MK is closed early for an event, the transportation should be still running. If not, try going to the Contemporary by monorail and take a boat to WL.
