WL, BC, BW or SS?

I have never stayed at any of the villas before. I have been to all of the resorts and love them all. I am planning on staying at a villa in Feb and we will be getting a 2 bedroom. I was thinking about WL for the convenience but I am not sure that it is as nice as the newer ones? SS looks beautiful but so removed...there will be a 4 and 7 yr old with us.

Can anyone tell me the pros and cons? I love the Boardwalk area but thought the MK area might be a better choice with the kids??? Should we attempt SS just for the "newness" or are they all in good shape?

this is DVC - Disney - everything is in good shape. Or at least the villa and studios I have stayed in are in good shape.

go with VWL if you want easy access to the MK.

I try to stay in the resort that is close to where I will spend the marjority of my time. If the MK/Epcot then VWL, if Epcot/Studios then BCV or BWV, if AK then OKW or SSR (why pay more points than you have to - everyone has bus service here).

I would recommend BCV for the location being near Epcot, Boardwalk and boat ride to Studios along with having the best swimming pool complex for your 4 & 7 year olds - Stormalong Bay
