WOW! I look up and it's Wednesday! No way will I be able to catch up.
Sunday I ran 1:20:00 and felt pretty good. Tuesday was a 6 mile run. I, stupidly, went out in 88 degree weather to run. Luckily, 90% of the run was in shade but it was none-the-less hot. Today was a 3 mile run in a crisp 91 degree heat!

Well, let's just say I ran it. My legs were pretty heavy. I have 12 miles to run on Sunday but I have no idea how I'm going to get a 12 mile run in this city. I guess a couple circles around the town ought to do it!
Erica:

nice job on the 14 miler!
Kristi, Leana: nice runs!
Jackie:

for your foot! I hope it doesn't start to hurt again!!
TXAng: you deserve nice shorts that look good and are comfortable! Don't skimp on them!
Renee: sorry to hear about the stonker run. You'll do great the next time!
nepatsfan Bill: great job getting out there for that walk! You are already a winner for doing that. I walked the Leadville Heavy Half Marathon in July which started at 10,000 feet above sea level. I'm used to races and working out. My sister is not. I was so proud of her for doing this with me! You should be too! I hope the doc can give you some relief for that back. We are all routing for you! Can't wait to meet you in ToT!!!
WWDave: soooo, I'm waiting. I don't see much trouble that you've stirred up this week. Are you trying to ease back in to the trouble making or just laying low to make one final assault before the weekend? Can't wait to see what you decide to do!!
Calcio: as always
For those I missed who are injured or ill:
To those running races this weekend:
GO! GO! GO!
I hope everyone has a lovely evening.
