So can I come back? Am I disowned forever??
Steve
Yes Steve, you are
DIS-owned forever!

I think I am, too. No matter how hard I try to shake this group it still holds onto me!
JUST KIDDING!
I've been MIA for a while now-- not just lurking; completely unDISed. I have so much to catch up on.
So far I've caught this:
Kathy-- you did a SPLENDID job raising one smart 21 year old. I hope (I guess I can still hope) that my DD will be that smart!
Kristi-- you are TOO funny. I've said it before, I'll say it again!
MSDave-- thanks for checking up on me from time to time
Oh darn, I've forgotten all the few responses I had.
Judy-- Oh sweetie, you'll rock at ToT. You have so much spunk it should be bottled!
WWDave-- I haven't read the whole thread, but I saw your letter to Disney. Are you the one that made unique WISH shirts with Mickey heads? If so, don't dare bring them to Disneys' attention. They are virulent about their Mickey heads and any other trademark. They wouldn't do anything about it with individuals, but any group that infringes on their trademarks will be sorry! We need to be careful if we are bringing attention to ourselves to the Disney folks.
Drat, I am a bear of very little brain... the only other response I can recall is to OhMom:
I went to OSU and I didn't get your name either! Shame on us all!!!
OK, about me: My mood has slipped markedly as I wait for the next "test drive". Hence the unplanned hiatus. I am using sick leave and enduring unnecessary pain all because the Dr/OR scheduling. I already know I want to do this spinal cord stimuation (
yes, ponder for a moment eagerly and willfully awaiting to have wires snaked through your spine and hooked up to a trasmitter installed in your ab)... I digress. I'm just really irritated and the pain is wearing on me. I haven't intended to stop DIS-ing, it just happened.
I hope to be around more and catch up and remember the responses lost in my cobwebbed head.
I have been running and xtraining pretty faithfully... ahem...
Kristi.... try to keep up with me, 'K?
I just want to clarify something: I don't (usually) have pain when I run so it's really not a grandiose feat that I still run with this spinal condition. Some drs are puzzled, some totally get it. Personally, I think something psychological is going on; I can run but I can't clean or cook or do laundry or vaccuum or shop........... hmmmmm, seems awfully selective to me

I would like to "selectively" shop, though-- just no groceries!!!!
