Cold and rainy here today. I stayed inside and did 50 min on the TM for a total of 3.78 miles. I'm working on upping the pace, slowly but surely. I can do more than 4 miles in 50 min when I run outside. I'm trying to do more of my SR outside because I'm afraid the TM is keeping me slow.
blue...doesn't matter if you weren't running, 11 miles is 11 miles. Congrats!
Laurie...great pace!
Stephanie...that's a great quote!
Maggie...living with teenagers is definitely cross-training.
Krista...Christa's right, everyone's different and every pregnancy is different. I'm not particularly good at it...I was nauseated for 6 months both times. But with DD14 (seems like a lifetime ago), I was more active. I played volleyball up until the end of my 7th month. With DD3, I had a more sedentary job and lifestyle (and I was 10 years older

). Someone else said it's easier before they're born...absolutely! Much more portable and don't require diaperbags, car seats, strollers, baby carriers, etc when they're inside
Jackie...I felt like that last year when I signed up for the half...seems like everyone else signed up for the full. But there will be lots of Goofy folks and new folks that join us for you to hangout with. And there will be plenty of us along the course to cheer during the half!
Jen...yay!!!! If you want, I can give you a medical excuse for work so that you can do the full

I'm going to have to get a lot faster to keep up with Kristi!
BTW,
amazon has great prices on the Garmin 205 and 305 right now. Is that a reasonable Valentine's Day gift?
