I'm going to try to get caught up with everyone, I'm not making any promises, but I'll do my best.
First things first,
favorite ice cream flavor: ice cream is my favorite food and I pretty love any flavor, but I have to say my overall favorite flavor is cookies 'n cream. Now if we are talking particular brands, that's a horse of a different color, Ben and Jerry's is either Chubby Hubby, NY Super Fudge Chunk, or Everything But the Kitchen Sink. Cold Stone Creamery is Birthday Cake Remix, and Grater's ice cream, which is a Cincinnati thing, my favorite is Coconut Chocolate Chunk. Basically the more mix-in's the better!!
Judy--Are you sure you aren't faking an injury just to get to see Dr. Hunka Hunka Burning Love? Next you'll be passing out, hoping for a cute medic.

Seriously, I hope you get some answers and

for your knee!
Stephanie--I don't know how different the weather is in northern OH from southern OH, but it's hot here too. We've been in the 90's all week, they say a cool front is coming through tonight and tomorrow it's supposed to only get up to 80. I hope they are right! Have fun at Zumba tonight! I need to find out how young the babysitting goes at my gym, I am anxious to start doing some real workouts after my post partum doctor visit.
Angie--I am so, so, so proud of you for holding yourself back in your runs and that you are able to stay healthy. It's funny, there have been many times I have heard the Wisher's voices in my head while running. Mostly it's
Carrie telling me not to be stupid!
Debra--Short and slow are my middle names. Can I count on you to have ice cream at the water stop during the half marathon? I bet I would PR for sure then!
Leana--YAY for your awesome 21 miler over the weekend! That is awesome! And yay for the bike shop hooking you up with a bike tube. I have found that people who own running stores or biking stores are some of the nicest people in the world. I always say when I "retire" that I want to work at a running store!

for your tri this weekend!
Kira--Awesome job on your 7 miler! I am very jealous that I will never hit a new distance again, but after taking 6 months off from running, it's almost like I'm starting over again. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing!
David and
Jennifer--I know you guys aren't new, but you are new since I've been back (I had a baby 2 weeks ago, so I've been in and out the past few months), so I'll say

anyway. I look forward to training with you guys over the next few months.
Michelle--

for your knee! I really hope it's nothing! Take a few days off and give it a good rest.
Howard--Speaking of rest....

for your hip flexors. You can't really find a happy medium, can you???
Cam--I am really jealous of your PT, I would love to have one. And it sounds like you have a really good one. It sounds like training is going really good for you, keep on keeping on! Oh, and you'll be happy to hear this, I can get back into my heels again and wear them pain-free!!!
Tracey--You are already packing for DL?? That's awesome!

Oh, and as a mom to a very much loved fur baby, thanks for taking of the dog yesterday!
Cecilia--What color did you paint your MBR? I don't have the patience for painting and leave it all to Stephen. That's why we have husbands, right?
Jen--
My World --I am loving, loving, loving being a mom and I'm dreading going back to work. Thankfully I have 9.5 weeks until that day and honestly it won't be that bad as I am quitting my job at the beginning of year so I can be a stay-at-home mom to Carter. My days consist of feeding, changing diapers, washing bottles, cleaning up spit up and lots of laundry, but I am not complaining at all!! Today Carter and I got out for a 2 mile walk, my pace was ridiculously slow, but I'm okay what that for 3 reasons: 1. I haven't really worked out in months and I know it's going to take a while for everything to come back. 2. I was pushing Carter's extremely heavy stroller/car seat combo (like 50lbs heavy), so I'm getting weight lifting and cardio in at the same time.

3. I just gave birth 2.5 weeks ago, I think it's okay it be a little slow!

I know I have an uphill battle getting back into running shape, but we'll take it one day at a time and I'm not anticipating a PR in January.
I know I missed people and I'm sorry, I did my best! I think I'm going to hop in the shower while Carter is sleeping. I've noticed I get in the shower later and later every day. As long as I get cleaned up before Stephen gets home from work, I'll consider it a victory!!!
