Without Minnie Vans, are there REALLY no rideshare or taxi options that can offer two children's car seats?

Am I missing something here? It seems totally bizarre that in an environment like WDW there wouldn't be this option. I can buy an inflatable booster for Miss 4 (but would prefer the added safety of a seat), but her 1-y/o brother really needs a seat.

I really miss Minnie Vans.

We reserve car service from Mears transportation - get car seats for 1 & 4 yr old no problem. We get a van - 6 of us total. Have used them twice this year and another ride reserved for end of this mont.

Car seats take up a lot of room. 2 would be even more space . A Uber driver would have to own 2 car seats.
A taxi would be more likely to have access to 2 but would not be just driving around with 2 normally in the van/ car.
Good luck. Looks like you will really have to plan ahead.

We used Tiffany's Towncar last month that provides carseats and boosters. The service was okay I guess. We had to install the carseats ourselves when picked up from the airport which was okay but took a lot of time. When they picked us up from the hotel there was one carseat installed and he said the second child could ride in a booster. We had not ever used a booster and did not know how to use one. Thought we had it right and when we got to the airport found out the seatbelt wasn't even securely hooked. So it was stressful to use all around. I can't decide if we are going that route next spring or just using Mears.

A taxi or ride share that has 2 seats available, stored in the trunk, might not have enough trunk space for people taking a vehicle shopping. Certainly won't have enough trunk space for luggage.

Booking a car service in advance, and requesting 2 car seats, allows the driver to have 2 seats available, just for your trip.

If you're talking specifically about rideshare, no -- there are no rideshares with two child seats. Lyft never has had any child seats, and Uber's child seat vehicles carry only one.

But, as other have mentioned above there are a number of other options.

I feel your pain. We have a 2 year old and used Tiffany Town Car for our ride to/from MCO to GF in August but felt limited by the transportation options traveling around Disney. He wasn't 2 years old in August so we didn't feel very comfortable hauling him on the bus with us while one of us had to mind the stroller/bags and the other had to hold him if there were no seats. At that age, he was way too wiggly to hold on to for a long bus ride.

For those who have used boosters with rideshares (that you provided, I guess I should add), did you send an update to the driver beforehand? ETA: I'm more thinking of resort to park, not from the airport (I'll probably use Mears for that)

As our departure date creeps closer, we've decided to hire a car and drive between parks and resorts. Which will be a bit of a PITA with the lack of trams, but it's better for our peace of mind and gives us the flexibility we need with a wriggly 20-month-old.

I would highly recommend you still take Disney transportation to Magic Kingdom, rather than dealing with the TTC/monorail/ferry.

Unfortunately we're staying offsite. The Waldorf does have a good bus service in the mornings, but in the afternoon it switches to being hourly, then every ninety minutes, and doesn't run (anything like) as late as the Disney buses do. So it ends up being quite limiting especially if someone needs to get back to home base for a nap or something!
