I am having a hard time planning our itinerary. Especially on what day to do Epcot. Without knowing what time the parks will be open, how do you plan your PS breakfasts?

These are my 2 concerns....

For Epcot, we would like to do the PSB, but what time to do it? Initially we were not going to go on an early entry day. I don't want to take too much time away from the park, especially because we will also do CP and their dinner package that day. should I switch it to an early entry day and try to do breakfast as early as possible?

For AK I am interested in doing Donald's breakfastosaurus (sp?) that will definetely be on a non early entry day, can you get in early before the park opens to eat there?

I just don't know what time to tell them when I call, and it is coming up very soon!

For both those breakfasts I beleive the earliest seating is 8 or 8:10. You will be let in before the park opens if your PS is before the normal opening time. If you aren't going on an early entry day just opt for an earlier bfast - that's what i'm doing for PSB and CP, both at 8:30 and I should be done soon after park opening - then you'll be done eating around the time the park opens and you'll already be inside and not have to wait in the line at the entrance.

We had early PS's for PSB. It is really neat walking through EPCOT with little or no other guests around. We got some great pics of the kids, which would have been impossible to get, if they were taken during normal park hrs.

You might want to call CRO and find out when the earliest PS's can be made.
