Poof! Bureaucray is no longer difficult to navigate. In fact, it no longer exists, but neither do any of the public programs associated with it. There are no taxes or laws and no red tape. The world in in chaos!

It's not..now it is even better than what it was before Katrina and before they started contruction on the interstate by bluebonnet. BUT everything is 3 x further away, so you still spend all day in your car.
