I was watching Disney's Fairy Tale weddings on the food network and the hostess mentioned a wishing well in the mk. The castle was in the background off to the side. I cant seem to figure where it was at, Thought maybe someone here would know where it is.
Thanks

I believe if you are in fantasyland facing the castle to your right outside tinks treasures on that path there I believe
Anyone else more sure than me

Mikesluss - U are referring to Cinderella's Fountain

(Here's a Pic of Cinderella's Fountain:

The Wishing Well - and I think it's Snow White's Wishing Well - is to the right of the castle as you approach it from Main Street. It's on the path toward the Fairytale Garden. I'll try to find a picture - but I'm not sure that I have one.

The easiest way (for me) to get the wishing well is to go thru Cindy's castle and make the first right. It is not more then 30 feet along the right side. The pathway is not heavily used.

This past fall my wife and I were at WDW celebrating our 25th anniversary. One of the days we were in the MK, and I conveniently lead my wife to the wishing well. I gave her a coin and asked her to close her eyes and make a wish. While she had her eyes closed, I removed a new diamond ring from my pocket and got on one knee and asked her to marry me again.

We made a wish with our magic pennies during the Family Magic Tour. Here is a picture of the wishing well.

Just so you know, the wishes you make there DO come true! ;) During our Family Magic Tour I wished for good weather for the rest of our trip. Hurricane Wilma was coming. We had beautiful weather all the way up to the very end of the day on our last day (when we got drenched) but I still think my wish came true! :wizard:

Sylvester McBean - Sorry. I had too. I am not saying this to get bonus points. The DW only uses a computer when she must, and she has never been to the DIS website. My DW has been a stay-at-home Mom since our DD was born in April 1985. I have said many times, that my kids turned out well in spite of me and because of my DW.

:sad1: I have sad news,
We were there the last weekend in January, and NO WISHING WELL!! DH and I used to stop by everytime we were in the MK, but no wishing well this time.

I really hope that someone posts after me telling me I am wrong about this, that they were just there and all is well with the well. Maybe we got lost and were on the wrong path? (Hopeful :))

now that i know where it is, i will have my son who is working there on the college program, he actually is working at the MK, go check to see if it is there.
not sure when i will talk to him next but i am sure it will be in the next few days.
i will keep you posted
