Well, I was an "Escape" bride, so technically, my bouquet and DH's boutineer were included, but I paid an up charge to have silks. His was $2.50 more. Mine was $75.00 more, but I also had a much larger bouquet than the standard one. It depends SO much on what you have in mind. Disney floral can be expensive if you just let loose with a budget, but if you have an idea of what you want, and a price range, they are great about trying to make it all fit into your price range and be what you want. Have you been assigned a wedding coordinator yet ? Or a floral designer ? Until you reach that point it is really hard to do much budgeting.
My bridesmaids carried the rose wands. I wasn't sure if they would look to child-like, but they worked really well ! I liked that it was something different than you see at standard weddings. They were $35 each. The boutineers in silk were only $12.20. We didn't have any corsages, but I would guess them around $25 or $30.
I think the "standard price" for the bridesmaids bouquet through Disney is $125, but I know people have modified that and gotten them for a LOT less. I know one bride is using the bridesmaids bouquet size for her to save a couple hundred $$. This will be your most expensive item. I have no idea about aisle arrangements since we got married at the YC Gazebo and it is surrounded by a flower bed, I didn't think it needed anything else.
I am sure you could make them for less, but for me it was worth the extra not to hassel with it. Plus a benefit of the silk bouquet was I just put it in a Mickey shopping bag and used it as my carry on item and stored it in an overhead bin (after everyone was done throwing stuff in there) and didn't have to worry about it. It also made it easier with the MK shoot, didn't have to worry about wilting, etc.... Oh, and with silk you don't have to worry about "what's in season", you can can whatever flower you want in almost any color !
