Wishes Video

I just watched the Wishes video that is on this site (Only about a thousand times already). I just have to say . I loved it!!! I couldn't wait to go to Disney before, forget it now. That was such a beautiful display.

We saw Wishes in December, and it is awesome! Me and my 2 yr old son watched the video this morning. I'm like the most emotional person I know, and I started crying while watching it. My little boy looked at me so confused, "Why Mommy crying?" He couldn't understand as he was squealing in excitement, "My castle! Look Mommy, my castle!"

Last night, I mentioned to my husband that I wanted to run by the Disney Store to grab a couple of things before our trip next weekend. I thought I said it quietly enough for the kids not to hear me, because as an afterthought, I said, "Well, it's kinda late to get them dressed to go to the mall." Well, they definitely heard me because both of them come tearing into the room, "Disney Store! I want to go! Please Mom!!" My two year old was jumping up and down squealing, "Disney!! Disney!!" DH looked at me and said, "They are obviously your kids!" He humors us, but he doesn't share the Disney obsession.

It was so pretty and I am really glad it was put up because it was almost like being there. I can't wait to see it in person!

Your DH sounds just like mine. My 6 year old DD and me are obsessed with all things Disney! We jump up and down and yell with delight every time a WDW commercial comes on. He just looks at us and shakes his head. He tags along on our trips and enjoys himself, but he hasn't reached our level yet, but I keep trying!!

Dh and I started to watch it, but then turned it off! We want to wait and see the whole thing in person! But, for those who've already been, are the selling the music in a cd at the park? I know dd would love it (well, what we heard anyway, lol)! Thanks!

My wishes video turned off too about halfway through. Am I doing something wrong or is this happening to everyone? We are going in 21 days but I want to see the whole thing now if I can!

Hi,

I just watched the Wishes video several times tonight and I wanted to thank you. It was wonderful and I teared up when I watched it each time. I won't be back to DW for a couple of years so I really appreciated this video.

Mine turned off too-when I used Windows Media Player, but once I downloaded it using Real Player I had no problems!

I'll "third" the comments about the WMP version. I used WinAmp to view it and it cuts out about 1/2 way through.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I absolutely love this firework display, and watching it brought back memories of my recent trip....for those who haven't seen it in person, it is breathtaking and like the description says full of gut wrenching emotion!

I just watched it AGAIN, and as soon as the opening music started my 1 1/2 year old DD came running in from the next room to watch with me! Gotta love that! Guess that gives you some indication of how many times we've watched it already...LOL! I can't wait to see in in person in a few days!
