Wishes on July 17th - what time?

Sorry for a very stupid question. What time is Wishes on July 17th? When I check on the Disney Website it says it is at 9pm. But it looks like it the only day in July that is at 9pm. Touring Plans has Wishes at 10pm. When I check app, it says it is at 10pm. We have tickets for the Dessert Party, and the time for that is 8pm. If it is at 10pm, do I really need to get there two hours early?
