Wishes Grand Gathering-Hard to get??

Our family will be at WDW in June and we really want to do the Wishes Cruise Grand Gathering (there are 10 of us staying onsite). How difficult is it to book? Should I be on the phone exactly 90 days before our trip? TIA

My sister has booked both an Illuminations and a Wishes cruise in the past, and what she did was call on the 90 day out mark. They say that they sell out quickly, so if you really want it I'd start dialing at 7am on the 90 day out mark.
