Wishes Fastpass Glitch for March 12, 2016

I was reviewing my fastpass choice for upcoming Spring Break trip.

Our first night we have passes for Jungle River 7:40 to 8:40, Pirates 8:40 to 10:40 and then Wishes viewing report at 10:40 to 10:55.

I know, I thought that a two hour window for Pirates was strange too!!

So I got on the WDW website and chatted with a CM.

She verified what night I was talking about and asked for my email.

When she pulled up my MDE info, she showed Jungle River 7:40 to 8:40, Pireates 8:40 to 9:40 and Wishes report time as 9:40 to 9:55.

Really crazy. I thought, well maybe I did not see correctly. I thanked her and exited chat.

Immediately went back to MDE and it was still there like I listed above!! Two hour window for Pirates. The other thing the cast member checked for me was the Wishes time that evening. It is 10pm.

So that would mean my Wishes fp time makes no sense. I would report one hour after fireworks start. Not that I could miss the fact that they would have started w/o us!!

I then called Disney and spoke with a very official sounding guy named Kennedy. He too saw what the other CM saw, but when I pushed further he was somehow able to see what I could see on MDE.

He said I would probably be just fine sticking with what I had. He was oblivious to the fact that my Wishes time was incorrect. I had to point it out to him.

He then said for my peace of mind I could speak with IT and have them correct what I was seeing.

So confusing!!!!! I was on hold for IT, but then hung up.

The park is open till midnight that night. I asked Kennedy if perhaps they were going to do Wishes twice. He said highly unlikely. I am not so sure as I have experienced Wishes being done twice during spring break.

Can anyone out there please tell me if you have the same issue. Does your Wishes viewing time for evening of March 12th not match the park sched for the fireworks????

Not sure if I should leave this alone and just show at 9:40 for Wishes viewing. Two CMs said that is what they have me down for in the system, despite the fact that my page shows otherwise. I even took a snap of the page. Please let me know what everyone thinks...

You keep saying "Jungle River" which leads me to wonder about some other things.
How can you be looking at your FP selections and call it "Jungle River?"

Keep your eye on your MDE FP+ info vs. the events on the calendar.
If FP+ info doesn't right itself as your date approaches, call IT again.

I am leaving it as is for now. I know that since I booked the fastpasses the park hours have changed at least once.

There are no Magic Hours that evening, but the park is now open till midnight.

I was going to speak with IT today, but before they transferred me they warned me it could be a wait, so when I heard ten minutes, I hung up.

I have noticed that it can sometimes depend on who you talk to at Disney.

So no need to worry, I will most definitely keep my eye on it!!! Interested to see if anyone else had any issues for that evening.

I am just glad they were able to confirm that yes indeed I am seeing one thing and there is something else in the system.

Got a little scary there for a while....

Falling ill (or spraining an ankle, etc.) is always one of our biggest concerns before a trip.
Disney is so physically demanding that you need all of your strength just to keep up.

Hope your young one recovers really fast (24-hour type thing, maybe?)
