What is the best place to eat and watch wishes during MNSSHP?

Do you mean Hallowishes? The party has its own fireworks show. The hub is obviously the best place, but it's also the most crowded. There's a parade, a projection show onto Cinderella's castle, and then the fireworks pretty much one after the other so the crowds will be there the whole time.

Didn't notice the eat part, most food locations are closed during the party, and the details are never set in stone until the first party actually happens. Sleepy Hallow is usually open, you can grab something there and eat it while you watch the show.

What is the best place to eat and watch wishes during MNSSHP?

Its worth noting that the crowds "can" be lower during the MNSSHP. We went in mid-Sept 2014 and had a spot in front of the castle (probably would have been better to be back a bit). It wasn't bad even for where we were and not summertime crowded by a longshot. BTW its a great show

What about off site locations like Poly, GF or contemporary?

Outside of the park all the restaurants are open as usual.

California Grill and Narcoossee's have excellent views of Hallowishes. At both restaurants there are window tables with views and an outside deck where you can go out to see the fireworks. 'Ohana has some tables with a good view, but there's no guarantee that you'll be seated at one so if seeing fireworks is important this would not be a good choice.
