Got November 5th (DH's 37th birthday!) this morning! Can't wait!!

Just booked dessert party for Nov. 25 too

It will DD and my first time attending the dessert party. We are going to HDDR for the 4:00 PM show and were planning on going to MK afterwards. Works out perfectly and will have plenty of time to work up an appetite for those yummy desserts

I thought hey what the heck I will try the online system again and I put in 11/14/2011 choose 9:00 PM from the times and an availability came up for 7:20 PM!

Does that mean November is open?

Also - maybe a dumb question why are there different times to choose from, 7,8 and 9 PM?

Thanks! It's nice being at Disney as they seem to understand how dangerous the allergies are. I can't tell you the number of times I've told a server at a restaurant (non-Disney) to have them act like they don't care and it's not important.

Your daughter looks very happy - were those the only options they had for her? Was she able to get more of what she wanted without to much trouble? When did you notify them that she had an allergy? Before hand or when you got there?

Yes, those were the only options. The manager prepares the allergy plate somewhere in back and then delivers it to the table. He said to let him know if she wanted more of anything, but she couldn't even finish what was on her plate.

I notified them when I made the reservation and then I emailed Special Diets before our trip. When we checked in that night, I mentioned that DD has allergies and the CM said she'd let the manager know we had arrived so he could bring her plate to the table. It took a little while for him to come to our table because it was a bit busy when they started seating everyone, but we didn't wait too long and DD was very happy with her desserts.

The party starts one hour before the fireworks. There is a drop down menu with 7,8 and 9, because the fireworks show at three different times depending on the night. Some nights they start at 8pm, some are 9pm and others are 10pm. Once you select a specific date, the system picks a time within the one hour window and when the fireworks start.

There have been times when it is offered and times when it is limited. If you ask a CM, they will see that they cannot guarantee it until the dates are realeased. It is possible, so I would keep checking in.

YEAH!!! Just got Nov 22nd for 12!!! Amazing I never thought we would get one that week for our whole group! My time said 9 pm, does that mean there are multiple seatings? Or are there 2 sets of fireworks that night?

if fireworks are at 10pm that night (and i beleive they are), then 9pm for your arrival to the dessert party is just right... you can get on line a few mins earlier and glimpse some of the parade from the terrace... but typically the dessert party opens an hour before fireworks to get everyone in, settled, sugared up, etc... and once the fireworks end, it's usually a quick exit ('cept for my family, we tend to save some desserts, sit back down, find a photopass photog to take some pics w/the castle lit up in the background, hit the restroom, change the li'l guy into his pjs, and then meander out of the park as the bus lines start to grow shorter)...
