I just called. She checked and said no not yet, should be anytime now and kind of chuckled. I am sure she meant it as a warm, friendly chuckle, but I heard it as an evil laugh.

Oh, I know! I finish one document, then refresh this thread, then try on the reservation system online, do another document, etc. I ate lunch at my desk so I could do the refresh thing again and again. Geeze, you would think we were trying to get a seat for the last shuttle off a doomed planet!
