How do you figure out where you are sitting?

Tables are pre-assigned based on when you booked, the earlier the booking was made after ADRs opened up the closer to the front your table will be (time of ADR does not matter ie 8pm vs 8:20pm etc)

A CM will escort your party to your table which will have your Name on it

So bummed my TA said she called at 1:30 to book and said Oct 1st was completely booked could it really be booked that fast?? From this thread hardly anyone is going that night?!

Personally I would book it yourself, some things are just too important to rely on a TA for and ADRs are one of them IMO

I read far too many times of people missing out when the relied on their TA

I gave up trying online and called. (I HATE the phone.) The CM also told me no, there are no reservations available for 2. She seemed surprised it was open at all. I asked her why I could see 3 and even 8 on the website, but not 2, and she had no real answer for that. She even suggested I make one for 3 and then cancel one later, but then when I asked her to do that, she wasn't sure she was allowed. I told her yes, it's possible there would be 3 (I might pick up some random person in the park!) so she would book the party of 3 for me. I'll just have to call later to cancel the extra person. So silly, but YAY! I'm excited!!!

Glad I checked this morning before heading into my conference! I wasn't expecting October before today so I didn't check yesterday. I was able to get Monday 10/28 by calling. I needed it for 5 and they didn't have any available! I was able to book it for 6, so I'll call back and cancel the extra person.

Oh the joys of dealing with Disney. I can't even get the main DW website to open this morning, so I get to call.

After going through the 5 minute automated menu I get hung up on.

Second time, call goes through, agent tells me October is not open. I ask her to double check, she says not open so I say thanks I'll call back and speak with someone else.

Nothing makes me want to swear like dealing with Disney.
