The day after Halloween, I was fortunate enough to have the chance to go on a wishes cruise-- actually, a Hallowishes cruise! I had an amazing time. It was not what I expected at all! You cruise through the Seven Seas Lagoon on a pontoon, and there are drinks and snacks on the boat. You learn a lot about Disney and the Seven Seas Lagoon that you are sailing on. It was definitely impressing and has an amazing fun, educational value!! I reccomend that if you have the opportunity, take it.
