Wishes and MSEP: Now I'm conflicted! Help!

I had just gotten excited about the fp+ for viewing these nighttime shows, but with the addition of the additional fp+'s only after you've used your 3, I'm hesitant to give up those extra ones for the better parade and fireworks viewing.

I know it just started yesterday, but are wishes or MSEP or FOF parade for that matter, available as an additional fp+ after you've used your 3?

I have the same issue as you. I'm going to chance it and try to get it as the 4th FP+ when we are there in a few days. I also have a conflict with which one to pick MSEP-so that we have a parade spot and then just stay there to watch Wishes or the Rose Garden for Wishes, because it does sound nice to be able to sit there :confused3

I honestly don't know why anyone would ever waste a FP on Wishes or the Parade. There are plenty of great viewing areas to watch both without a FP. We have never found a problem getting a decent spot and we never arrive any earlier than about 30 minutes at most before either starts.

Oh, thank you for chiming in! I, too was so conflicted about this and with choosing 3 FP in advance starting tomorrow for me, I was befuddled! :)

We are going to FP MSEP for a couple of reasons - to guarantee a spot without having to walk around, stake it out, hold it for an hour, etc. Because it's easier for us with 3 little kids who want to be up front when it passes, so we are in a relatively good spot for Wishes... and now, hopefully, we don't have to waste a FP on it, we can use our 3 FP's and then get this as our 4th or 5th.

Any input on where these decent spots are?

I had the same thought until we went in March and could find no viewing room after showing up half an hour before it starts. We tried going around to find other areas, but we couldn't fight the massive crowds. I've been spoiled with all my trips being low crowd times, so I was completely surprised by the amount of people literally fighting for Wishes viewing spots. We have 3 days in the MK during our next trip so wasting a FP+ on Wishes wasn't really that big of a deal. And we're not hitting up the park til after dinner anyway on that day.

Plus, he proposed during Wishes last year so I wanted a good, more relaxing experience for Wishes on our honeymoon!
