Honeymoon, Day 2
We awoke on Day 2 to beautiful, sunny skies. Since we had mostly stayed in the hotel on the previous day, I was feeling very energetic and ready to do lots of things!
We had a quick club level breakfast, then set off for Magic Kingdom (I swear, I could go there every day). We first headed for Thunder Mountain, but it was down. We checked over at Splash Mountain, but it was down too! We back tracked to Pirates, but it was also down!! I had never experienced something like this in a park. I almost wonder if some sort of power grid that controlled that section of the park was on the fritz.
We decided to check out Tiki Room (we hadnt seen it since the fire) and wait for some of the others to reopen. We actually had a great time; a couple in front of us truly let out their inner child and danced most of the time! It was so cute. I hope we are that fun in the future.
After a quick lunch at Pecos Bill, Pirates was up. We had on our Just Married pins (that I bought on ebay), and as we were loading the boat, a CM shouted My condolences to ya both! It was probably the best response we got from those buttons!
We took a quick tour through Fantasyland, where I got some pictures with my love
I told Brandon I needed these pictures, since its closing soon. I will be so sad when its gone.
After Fantasyland, we headed back to Frontierland. We rode Splash Mountain and got absolutely soaked! After Splash, we decided we wanted to head over to Food & Wine Festival.
We caught the train in Frontierland.
I was drenched!
Brandon had fun taking pictures, as he does
Right now, the train goes by the construction of FLE. It's kind of neat to see. Brandon waved to all the construction workers. He got one to wave back, and was really excited by that!
We got off at Main Street and set out for the monorail, to hop to Epcot.
We were a little bit obsessed with the WP on this trip (well, mostly just me, but my dear Brandon indulged me so

)
